Self-care takes care of us mentally and physically. One of my favorite things to do for physical self-care are to make DIY beauty recipes for when I am feeling spontaneous.
I love soaking my feet in Epsom salts with a few drops of essential oils, then moisturizing them with a deep conditioning moisturizer or lotion.
Everyone woman likes to pamper themselves, so why not keep our motivation strong and use some products we likely already have in our home.
Some of the recipes are new to me, while others are my favorites! I figure we all need to try some new fun things during this challenge, and feel great doing it!
