This post is in partnership with Russell Brunson for his new book, Traffic Secrets: The Underground Playbook for Filling Your Websites and Funnels with Your Dream Customers. All opinions are my own.

Nearly a year ago, I set a goal to grow this community exponentially, because I want to help as many women as possible live a simple and sustainable lifestyle. After trying many strategies and tips, I was left feeling confused by the lack of results. I was working hard to grow this community, but nothing seemed to be working.

I knew reaching my goal would be difficult, but I didn’t realize how difficult it would be. Social media, Pinterest, and Google don’t just hand out traffic and it seems to be getting harder with each passing day.

I’m not one to accept failure or give up when I truly believe in the work I’m doing.

Contrary to popular belief, you can’t just put something online and expect people to simply find it. You actually have to put effort into grabbing people’s attention.

When the opportunity to work with Russell Brunson came along, I instantly applied for it, because I knew he would have the answers I have been looking for all this time.

If you don’t know who Russell Brunson is, he is the CEO of ClickFunnels and a Best-Selling Author. He’s worked with over a million entrepreneurs and has the fastest-growing software company in the world that isn’t backed by any venture capitalists.

I’ve read his other books and knew before I ever received the book that Traffic Secrets would be the key to helping me actually move closer to my goal.

30 Day Traffic Secrets Challenge

If you’re following me on Instagram or Facebook, you’ve probably seen my posts about the 30 Day Traffic Secrets Challenge. Russell provides different exercises and prompts to work through each secret to help me define who exactly it is that I want to help and how to position myself in front of them to let them know I can solve their problems.

So far, I’ve learned that the simpler things are, the easier it is for people to decide if you can actually help them or not.

I’ve also learned that regardless of where you seek to connect with your community, you should utilize that platform how it wishes to be used versus how you want to use it. A big piece of growth is tied to the goals of the platform, so you have to work together for any growth to happen.

The biggest problem entrepreneurs and small business owners face is getting in front of the people they can help. This is why many businesses fail, because they cannot figure out how to get in front of these people.

Going through the challenge has helped me see what things I can do differently to get in front of the people that need my help the most. Now reaching my community goal is only a matter of time with doing the right activities taught in Traffic Secrets.

My Traffic Secrets Recommendation

While the challenge focuses on mindset, figuring out where people are that need your help and honing in on your message to grab their attention, there is another part of this book that couldn’t fit into the challenge.

It is the evergreen traffic strategy for many different platforms, which is where I believe this book shines. Russell has filled this book with all of the knowledge he’s gained over the years, and it shows. The best part is that regardless of what platforms are here in 2 years, 5 years, or 10+ years, his book will still be relevant, which is the power of an evergreen strategy.

I believe everything the challenge taught me is necessary to help make any strategy effective when I actually get in front of the people who need my help the most, which is why I do recommend this book to anyone who has or needs an online presence and goal of growing a community full of people they can help.

It doesn’t just tell you what to do to get in front of people. It also educates you on creating a crystal clear message that makes it easy for anyone to distinguish if you’re actually going to help them or not.
